Free Shipping Offers
Free shipping offers are for domestic ground shipment within the continental US only. A reduced shipping rate is applied to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Express orders received before 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time normally ship the same day. Other orders normally ship within one to two business days from the time that the order is placed. Please be aware that orders are shipped from our warehouse in Michigan. If you live in California, you can expect your order in 5 business days from the day it ships.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund of the purchase within 30 days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
