Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund of the purchase, up to $100, within 30 days. Limit one refund per customer.
Replacement & Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, send us an email at orders@cityandseatrading.com and send your unopened items to: Returns Department, PO Box 8202, Long Beach, CA 90808. Please include your order number. We do not accepts returns of used or opened products.
Shipping
To return merchandise, please ship to City & Sea Trading, Attn: Returns Dept., PO Box 8202, Long Beach, CA 90808. Please include a copy of the packing list or order number with the shipment.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Late or missing refunds
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
